Why people book a portrait session

People book portraits for a specific reason, and the reason changes how the session runs.


A new model needs range for a portfolio: a few looks, a few locations, different light. Those sessions move quickly, and I direct more.


A graduate wants cap and gown photos, on campus or somewhere in Las Vegas that mattered during those years. Your family will want copies.


A dating profile needs a few natural photos in different settings, taken by someone else. Selfies are easy to spot.


An athlete's big game or senior night happens once. Photos from the sideline show more than phone shots from the stands.


For couples and families, it's usually been too long since there was a good photo of everyone together. Those sessions run slower, and I step back more.


What a session is like

It starts with what you have in mind. Tell me what the photos are for and where you'd like to be, whether that's your favorite Vegas spot, your home, or the desert at golden hour, and we'll plan the session around it. I give direction when you need it and step back when you don't. Your edited gallery is delivered within two weeks.
